Notes:

1. While every effort will be made to have repair or maintenance work carried out within a reasonable period of time, some delay may occur because of the nature of the problem (i.e. whether it is minor, general or urgent), the availability of licensed contractors, the contractors current workload and the location of the dwelling concerned;

2. The managing agent is required to obtain prior approval from the owners of the property before any work can be carried out.

3. If a contractor is called out and the repair or maintenance is a result of damage by you, the invoice will be forwarded to you for immediate payment.
